Agricultural Line
Our Elevator Buckets
Our elevator buckets from the agricultural line are designed to achieve maximum individual performance with an efficient feeding and discharge factor at a wide range of speeds. They are recommended for intermittent, non-industrial use and agricultural market applications, such as: soy, wheat, sorghum, rice, coffee, beans, peanuts, barley, etc.

TYPE C
The plastic elevator bucket type C is the pioneering model in the national market. Its geometry allows feeding and discharge under less favorable conditions, transportation of hard-flowing materials, sticky products, floury products, at extreme working speeds (low/high speed)

TYPE S
The elevator buckets type S are designed to achieve maximum individual performance. This is the current best-selling bucket model in the national market. Its geometry was built to serve the agribusiness market, with an efficient feeding and discharge factor, at a wide range of speeds.

TYPE CF/SF
The elevator buckets type CF/SF correspond to the highest cubic volume per belt width. The arrangement of a small proportion of CF buckets in relation to SF, with a small spacing between the pieces, allows for the formation of a material column, leaving no empty space between buckets.

MATERIALS TRANSPORTED
Agricultural line

Soy, corn, wheat, rice, sorghum, coffee, beans, peanuts, barley, among others.

VENTING FOR BRAN
The ventilated bucket helps to improve the efficiency of elevators transporting dense materials, such as bran, flour, sugar, sand, and animal feed. This happens because the holes at the bottom of the bucket allow air to escape, enabling a more complete fill. When unloading, the air returns to the bucket, preventing vacuum from trapping the material at the bottom and causing a loss of volume. In lightweight materials like wheat flour and soybean bran, ventilation also reduces air turbulence when the bucket travels empty on the return side of the elevator.
