We were facing a product leakage problem in the transfer between the upper belt and the tripper car. With Ucelo’s support, we carried out a DEM simulation to understand the problem and develop a new configuration for the transition. The
solution ensured a centralized flow on the belt, eliminating the leakage and improving the operational efficiency.
